This recipe was inspired by a couple of dishes found at P.F. Chang’s restaurants. The first dish is their very own chicken lettuce wraps, absolutely phenomenal. The second dish is their Dan Dan Noodles, at least the chicken portion of the dish … no noodles, although that would be delish!
If you happen to like P.F. Chang’s, and especially their lettuce wraps, then you will absolutely love these! You get all of that amazing flavor you come to expect from their lettuce wraps and Dan Dan Noodles, but in the privacy of your own home where you can shamelessly pig out on these. Seriously, it makes a meal in and of itself. Go for it!
