Ever had White BBQ Sauce? If not, I hadn’t either until I first made it back in late 2009 or early 2010, after I had gotten my meat smoker and was fully immersed in the BBQ’ing world. Everything was Smoke & Spice those days and I was looking for something a little different than the usual ketchup-based sauce. This all-purpose sauce is out-of-this-world, no kidding! We use it on pork, poultry, beef, and seafood. The lemony tang is addictive … seriously. Enjoy!
